The structure features two distinct layers: an upper overlay of matte satin that provides a luminous top tier, and a voluminous skirt of sheer, tiered tulle below. The tulle is hand gathered, allowing the fabric to cascade in ethereal, cloud like drape that gives the piece depth.

Finish: Hand gathered layers of tulle and a removable Matte Satin Topper.
